1. Manuscript should be properly or completely edited before formatting.
2. The cost of formatting is different from the cost of designing the book cover.
3. Additional formatting attract extra cost.
4. Formatting duration depends on the bulk of the manuscript
5. Corrections of typographical/editorial errors, rephrasing and summarising will attract extra cost, after the first correction has been done, any further corrections of typographical/editorial errors, rephrasing and summarising will also attract extra cost.
6. Urgent jobs and jobs done at client preferred location (office, home etc) cost more.
7. For prompt handling the entire manuscript (not piecemeal or in parts) should be provided before formatting commences.
8. Client is required to pay the 70% agreed amount for the formatting before commencement
9. Addition of extra material/manuscript after formatting has been done will attract extra cost.
